Government Removes Mandatory Warring of Facemasks
Government of Malawi has with immediate effect removed the mandatory wearing of facemasks, as Covid 19 cases drop drastically.
The Health Minister, Khumbidze Chiponda Kandodo has however, highlighted that masks will still be worn in Hospitals, Prisons and refugee camps.
The Health Minister further stated that those coming from other countries will still have to show an electronic certificate or a PCR negative test result.
