Tanzania Responds To Malawi’s Cyclone Freddy Devastation
The government of the United Republic of Tanzania has quickly responded to Malawi government’s appeal for emergency relief assistance following the devastating effects of Cyclone Freddy in some parts of the southern region.
In response, Tanzania has provided USD1 million, two military helicopters, 100 metric tones of maize flour and service men who are already on the ground providing different forms of support. .
