Bushiri Bails Out 5000 Underprivileged Students

Founder of the ECG, Prophet Shepherd Bushiri has released details on how the targeted 5,000 underprivileged students in secondary schools and universities both in private and public schools can access his Bursary Scheme starting this month.

Bushiri says his bursary is not a loan, hence calling on those who will benefit from it to replicate the gesture to someone if they get work one day.

Speaking during the press briefing in Lilongwe on Monday, the ECG Founder said students will have to apply for the loan by sending their applications to [email protected]

“They have to state why they want the bursary, confirmation of nationality and the amount of money needed,” Bushiri said.

He added stating that applicants will also need to provide names and contacts of their parent or guardian and also names and contacts of their head teacher or registrar of their institutions.
