Northern Intensfies Preps For SAJ Tourney

The Northern Region Sports Administrators and Journalists have sent a strong warning to their rivals ahead of the SAJ Tournament in Lilongwe this weekend.

The team, comprising journalists and sports administrators, will compete against teams from the Southern, Central, and Eastern Regions of Malawi.

Team leader Masiya Nyasulu expressed confidence in their preparations, stating, “We are ready, and everything is in place. Team North is here to deliver an outstanding performance and reclaim the title.”

Training sessions for the team began at Mzuzu Stadium, with the aim of promoting unity and strengthening working relationships between journalists and sports administrators, determined to make a strong impression at the tournament.

In this year’s tournament the North brings on Board some of the Notable faces which include the Football Association of Malawi second vice president Dr Lameck Zetu Khonje, Chimango Munthali, Masiya Nyasulu,Chauka Mwamsinga, Ralph kasilika, Desire Bellings, Joshua Chinguwo, Pickford kamanga of youth football, Etson Kadenge, Ramzy Simwaka, Benjamin Thole, Alufeyo Deacon chipanga Banda and a group of Journalists such as Bernard Mhone, Gracian Mbewe, Draxon Maloya, Vinjeru Ngwira, Victor Musongole, chifundo Zingunde and many others.
