ACB Gets International Recognitions, Scoops Two International Awards

The Ant-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has secured two out of the three possible international awards in Africa for its initiatives in promoting integrity within the education and sports sectors by collaborating with different stakeholders

The ACB has received gets recognition by winning two awards for its efforts in taking collective action in the fight against corruption.

The awards have been given by the International Anti-Corruption Academy following ACB’s submition of two applications that demonstrates collective action in the fight against corruption, both of which were successful.

In the first initiative, the Bureau collaborates with various stakeholders, including the Ministry of Education, Malawi Institute of Education, and teachers, to develop and implement a source book for primary schools that promotes the concept of humanity and integrity.

The second winning initiative involves the bureau working with the Football Association of Malawi and other stakeholders to combat corruption in football.
