In a thrilling Christmas Eve performance, the Chileka-based reggae music band, Black Missionaries, electrified the Mibawa Multipurpose Hall dance floor, sending fans into a frenzy!
The unforgettable night broadcast live on Mibawa Television, captivating audiences until dawn with the band’s signature reggae vibes brought on stage a variety of top reggae music stars.
The showstopper was undoubtedly the powerful vocal performance by young Moda Fumulani, brother of band leader Anjiru Fumulani.
Channeling the spirits of the late Lucky Dube, Evison Matafale and Rodney Winston ‘aka’ Culture was Moda Fumulani who delivered a mesmerizing set, belting out hits like “Musawotche Moto”, “Ndakawona Kumwamba”, “Ndimakukonda”, and “Bwenzi Landa”.
The crowd went wild as Moda’s brother, Chizondi, worked magic on the keyboards, perfectly complementing his stage presence.
