Malawi Strike Deal with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals
President Lazarus Chakwera, has announced that Malawi has entered into an agreement with Pfizer Pharmaceutical that will see the country accessing quality medicines.
Speaking during a national address , Chakwera said Malawi is among five countries that will be the first to benefit from Pfizer’s initiative to reduce the health inequities that exist in many lower-income countries.
The other countries are Rwanda, Ghana, Senegal and Uganda.
Chakwera said he is happy that Malawi is leading the way to building a healthier world.
