Chakwera Chairs Interagency Meeting Combating Graft

In consolidating efforts of his administration in fighting corruption, president Lazarus MaCarthy Chakwera chaired an interagency meeting on Wednesday, attended by Minister of Justice Hon. Titus Mvalo, the Secretary to the President and Cabinet Ms. Colleen Zamba, the Attorney General Thabo Chakaka Nyirenda, the Director of Public Prosecutions Masauko Chamkakala and Director General of the Anti Corruption Bureau Ms. Martha Chizuma.

Writing on his Facebook page Chakwera said the cordial engagement among these critical institutions further cements their resolve to deal with corruption with a seamless approach that bears fruits.

“I have prompted the institutional heads to collaboratively undertake their noble duty guided only by the sovereign administrative and legal statutes above anything else,” writes Chakwera
