Meet Busy Signal – The Reggea Dance-hall Artist Of The Decade

Jamaican dancehall/reggae artist “BUSY SIGNAL” was born GLENDALE GOSHIA GORDON in Saint Ann Parish on 24th January 1979. He later changed his name to REANNO DEVON GORDON.

His songs include ‘COME OVER (MISSING YOU)’, ‘SWEET LOVE (NIGHT SHIFT)’, ‘PARTY GIRL’, ‘ONE MORE NIGHT’, ‘STAY SO’, ‘REGGAE MUSIC AGAIN’, ‘CASE’ and ‘PERFECT SPOT’

He was declared ‘DANCEHALL ARTISTE OF THE DECADE’ by the ‘International Reggae & World Music Awards’ organisers in 2020.

Here’s my favourite song of Busy’s – his beautiful cover version of Smokey Robinson’s song ‘CRUISIN’, which is followed by ‘UNKNOWN NUMBER (PRIVATE CALL)’:
