Zikhale Storm Chiradzulu, Sells MCP Agenda
The Director of Strategic Planning in the Malawi Congress Party-MCP Kenneth Zikhale Ng’oma has called upon people in the Chiladzulu district to support president Lazarus McCarthy Chakwera fulfill his developmental agenda.
Ng’oma who is also Minister of Homeland Security made the appeal on Saturday at a political rally he conducted at Mbulumbuzi trading center in the district.
Ng’oma said it is disheartening that Chiladzulu is still lagging in terms of infrastructure development despite the district producing a lot of political heavyweights since independence.
Ng’oma then advised people in Chiladzulu to support Chakwera if the district and the country at large develop beyond imagination in line with the national 2063 Agenda.
“Chakwera has good development agendas for the country’s development to thrive, among others he has managed to deal with electricity as well as water problems,” Ng’oma said
He further stated that Chakwera wants to spread development projects in every part of the country without any form of discrimination, hence urging people to be united and support his administration.
“We want people to be united and support Chakwera because he has good development agendas, everybody is supposed to benefit from the national cake in terms of development which Chakwera is perfectly doing,” he added.
In his remarks, the MCP Chairperson for the southern region Peter Simbi urged all party structures to be proactive and maintain the party’s open-door policy for other people to join.
Some notable figures who attended the rally include; National Director of women Florence Kanyoni, NEC member Charles Joshi, Senior Chief Ntchema and Senior Chief Chitera.
