Chakwera Decorated With Birthday Award

His Excellency the State President, Lazarus MaCarthy Chakwera has celebrated this year’s birthday in style when he was honoured with a prestigious plaque and certificate by the Africa Israel Partnership (AIP).

In a grand ceremony held in London, the president was honoured with a prestigious plaque and certificate by the Africa Israel Partnership (AIP), an award which is a symbol of recognition for Malawi’s unwavering support and friendship towards the people of Israel.

Receiving the award, Malawi’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, Thomas Bisika accepted the award on behalf of President Chakwera, standing before the distinguished guests and representatives from various countries, expressing gratitude for the recognition of Malawi’s contributions to the partnership between Africa and Israel.
